In 2003 Premier Principal, Gordon Boone, spearheaded the land acquisition, rezoning, marketing, and sales of the 37,212 square foot Towson Corporate Center.

Completed in early 2006, the Towson Corporate Center was the first Class A office development in Towson in over 20 years. Gordon also assisted Emory Properties in the development of this project.
